RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If you are cancelling your order which has not yet to be shipped out, please contact us via email include your order number. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

You can apply for a return within 10 days after you received the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. you (buyer) will be the one who is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning item if not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and exchange is not due to our error.

We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
